Do you need extra support?
We’re always available to support you. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where independent advice might be what you need. We’ve outlined some organisations below that can help you with a range of situations including both financial and wellbeing support.
Debt advice
If you’re looking for some help managing your finances, debt advice charities can help you to think about and organise all of your debts. They have online advice, a range of tools you can use and webchat services to support you. These debt advice charities include:

Mental health support:
If you’re struggling with your mental health, you have been impacted by a mental health condition, or just need someone to talk to, help is available. You can contact us to let us know if you're struggling to make payments towards your loan due to your mental health or you can authorise someone to speak on your behalf. Independent and specialised help is available at:

Help with Gambling:
If you’re impacted by gambling, specialist support is available. You can get confidential information, advice and support from GamCare, by calling them or using an online chat service on their website. Medical information relating to gambling is available from the NHS. You can also stop yourself from using gambling websites for a period of time through a service offered by GamStop
Bereavement:
